What has a hard season made impossible for you to ignore?

That is one thing life does well, it clears the view, and brings certain truths to the surface whether you feel ready for them or not. The habits that were weaker than they looked. The routines that only worked when life felt lighter. The people, patterns, and priorities that seemed manageable until pressure exposed what was actually holding you up and what was quietly pulling you down.

I hope you have not missed my writing as much as I have missed writing itself. Over the last few weeks, I have been doing my best to keep showing up where it matters most, and in doing that, I have had to reorganize my priorities in a very real way. Life demanded more structure from me. More honesty too. It made me stop and look at what truly deserves my energy, what needs to be protected, and what simply cannot come with me into the next stretch of this season.

There is something about hard times that makes your priorities clearer and clearer. Not in some dramatic, polished way. More through daily life exposing what actually carries weight. You begin to notice what keeps you grounded. You learn what helps you manage pressure without losing yourself. You also start seeing what has been draining you, distracting you, or keeping you too far away from your own needs.

Check out what Aramore is offering you!

Finally, Skincare That Boosts NAD+ At the Source

For decades, skincare has focused on aesthetic results. But we started by asking a different question: what if instead of trying to preserve our skin's youth, we prioritized optimizing our skin's function? That's how Aramore’s  NAD+ skincare was born.

Developed by Harvard & MIT scientists, Aramore is a skincare system based on skin’s performance, not just its appearance. NAD+ production slows down significantly as we age, and this causes all the telltale science of aging.

Aramore is the only skincare formulated to help skin produce NAD+ like much younger skin would. The result? Skin that’s stronger, firmer,  and more resilient, that not only looks better, but stays healthier over time.

One thing I keep learning is that every difficult season teaches differently. You can live through one chapter and think you understand hardship, then another one shows up and hands you a completely different lesson. That part matters because resilience is not something you learn once in one form and then carry the exact same way forever. Every hard season asks something different from you. Every one reveals a different weakness and strengthens a different part of your character.

That is why I have been able to find some gratitude in this season while moving through it. Struggle does not feel good, but it does reveal what comfort can hide. It shows you what has truly helped you before. It reminds you what made your past hard times more manageable. It gives you a better sense of what needs to stay, what needs to be repaired, and what needs to stop taking up space in your life.

And the truth is, there is no shortcut for certain lessons. Advice helps. Reflection helps. Watching other people move through life can teach you a lot. Still, some truths only settle in once you have lived them yourself. Some lessons do not fully land until they cost you something, stretch you, or force you to sit still long enough to understand what they came to teach.

That is where I have been. Paying attention. Reordering things. Making more room for what matters and being more intentional with the life I am trying to build. I may have stepped back from writing for a moment, but I have not stepped away from learning. If anything, life has been teaching with a sharper voice lately.
